📌 Automatic process for receiving funds. 🌐 Network requirements for crediting: 20 confirmations from the ERC20 network. ⚠️ The exchange is carried out in accordance with the AML/KYC policy. The provider may suspend the processing of the Order and ask you to complete an identity verification procedure.👤 Payment requires operator assistance.
🕒 Order processing time: up to 3 hours after receiving payment. Depending on the payment method, funds are credited within half an hour, or in rare cases, according to the banking regulations. 🏦 If card number transfer is unavailable, funds will be sent via IBAN.

🌍 Transfers to Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Montenegro are subject to an additional commission (automatically). If transferring to cards of these countries, you can enter zeros or a dash in the IBAN field. ⚠️ Transfers to banks in Moldova are possible with a -5% commission.
