📌 Manual process of accepting funds, operator is required. After sending, write the TxID of the transaction in the chat.
⚠️ Exchange is conducted in accordance with the AML/KYC policy. In case the transaction is identified as risky (DarkNet, Garantex, Mixer, 1xBit, etc.), WhiteBit may suspend the execution of the Order and request to undergo the identification procedure.👤 Payment requires operator assistance.
🕒 Order processing time: up to 3 hours after receiving payment. Depending on the payment method, funds are credited within half an hour, or in rare cases, according to the banking regulations. 🏦 If card number transfer is unavailable, funds will be sent via IBAN.

🌍 Transfers to Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Montenegro are subject to an additional commission (automatically). If transferring to cards of these countries, you can enter zeros or a dash in the IBAN field. ⚠️ Transfers to banks in Moldova are possible with a -5% commission.
