📌 The process of receiving funds is automatic. The exchange rate is fixed once the transaction reaches the required number of network confirmations.
⚠️ The exchange is conducted in accordance with AML/KYC policies. If the transaction is identified as risky (Capitalist, Rapira, Garantex, DarkNet, Mixer, 1xBit, etc.), the provider may freeze the deposit, which will result in the suspension of your Order, and we will ask you to undergo the identification procedure.

👤 Payment requires operator assistance.
🕒 Order processing time: up to 3 hours after receiving payment. Depending on the payment method, funds are credited within half an hour, or in rare cases, according to the banking regulations. 🏦 If card number transfer is unavailable, funds will be sent via IBAN.

🌍 Transfers to Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Montenegro are subject to an additional commission (automatically). If transferring to cards of these countries, you can enter zeros or a dash in the IBAN field. ⚠️ Transfers to banks in Moldova are possible with a -5% commission.
